Institutional Intelligence Private Markets · 2026

We turn fragmented public signals into decision-ready intelligence.

Structured intelligence workflows for family offices navigating private markets.

— The Family Office Reality

Family offices manage over $5.4 trillion in capital — yet their internal teams are small, their decision windows are short, and their access to structured private market intelligence remains fragmented.

It was never about missing data. It was about the time to turn data into decisions.

/ 01

Fragmented signals

Registry data, court records, regulatory filings, hiring movements, sanctions — scattered across dozens of platforms.

/ 02

Attention scarcity

Investment teams spend more hours assembling intelligence than evaluating it. The ratio is inverted.

/ 03

Cross-border opacity

A single deal can touch five jurisdictions. Entities hide in plain sight without systematic tracing.

— From the field

"The bottleneck isn't missing data — it's the chaos of stitching spreadsheets from ten platforms. Structure that mess in thirty minutes and suddenly you're moving on conviction instead of drowning in research purgatory."

A practitioner, on private market diligence

Structured public intelligence. Built for decisions.

/ Principle 01

Public-intelligence-first.

Our workflows are primarily based on structured public-source intelligence — with contextual support for materials shared by clients. We do not access private data rooms unless invited, and our value is in synthesis, not data exclusivity.

/ Principle 02

Structure over volume.

More data does not mean better decisions. Fewer pages, more conviction — the signals that matter, with context to act.

/ Principle 03

No advice, ever.

No investment, legal, or tax advice. We provide structured intelligence and workflow recommendations. Decisions remain yours.

/ Principle 04

AI-first, human-supervised.

AI handles ingestion, extraction, clustering. Human judgment handles synthesis, qualification, institutional framing.

Built around the two moments that matter most.

When you want to find an opportunity before it becomes competitive. And when you have an opportunity in front of you, and need to know what you're really looking at — before you commit.

Ling Wu

Founder

Ling Wu is a cross-border private markets operator with 10+ years of investment experience across the UK, US, and Asia, focusing on primary market private equity investments across venture, growth, and late-stage opportunities.

Before founding AHBI, she worked within family office and private investment platforms on investment and deal execution, sourcing and executing private equity transactions across multiple jurisdictions as part of the investment and allocation process.

Her experience in cross-border deal execution shaped strong investment judgment in navigating fragmented information environments and forming conviction in early and growth-stage private markets.

AHBI was founded to address a recurring inefficiency in private markets: critical information is widely available but fragmented across jurisdictions and systems, slowing down investment conviction. MBA, University of Sheffield · UK / US / Asia private markets experience
