This page explains how Athena Horizon Limited (“AHBI”, “we”) handles information in connection with ahbi.ai and our LinkedIn Company Page tools.

1. What we collect

Contact details you send us (name, email, company, message).
Account data if you use AHBI products (email, uploaded files, usage logs).
If we connect to LinkedIn’s Community Management API: tokens and Page-level data for Pages we administer (posts we publish, comments on our Page, Page analytics). We do not collect LinkedIn data about members who are not interacting with our own Page.

2. How we use it

To operate our website and products.
To publish and measure content on our own LinkedIn Company Page.
To respond to enquiries.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use LinkedIn API data for advertising or to build sales profiles of LinkedIn members.

3. Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (website hosting and database services) only to run the service. We do not share contact details with unrelated third parties.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. If LinkedIn requires deletion of data obtained through its APIs, we will delete that data from our systems.
